The resort's beautiful property and great staff were the best aspects of our Easter getaway. the rooms were fabulous, comfortable, and large. We enjoyed the green and lush location, which was only a short taxi ride away from the main strip with many dining options. the pool area and its location to the beach were excellent, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun. the breakfast at the resort's restaurant was excellent, although a bit pricey. our family of five had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort.
the biggest issue was the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

The design of the bathroom was absolutely shocking. There was no drain located in the shower; instead, the water flowed through the bathroom to a drain located on the other side of the bathroom. This caused the room to flood every time someone wanted to shower. The bathtub also leaked water all over the floor. The drainage in the spa bath was blocked and caused an awful odour once activated, which meant that the bathtub was unusable. When we attempted to call the staff about these issues, we found that the phone in the room didn't even work. We went down to reception (located across the road) and all they did was bring some towels up to soak up the water. Obviously this was not a solution to our problems, as instead of a flooded floor, we then had a flooded floor with soaking wet towels on it. This didn't only happen in one room; it happened in both of the rooms that we booked (209 and 210). We paid US$144 per night per room and we expected the standard to be reasonable at this rate, especially in Viet Nam. The service was very unprofessional and this was definitely not to the standard of a 4 star resort. There were no bellboys to help with luggage, and language barriers are a very big issue. We were very disappointed with our time spent there, and will not return in the future. The resort is in a very isolated location, about 25km from Phan Thiet city. A drive between the two locations takes up to an hour due to road conditions. Hopefully other travellers will read this and choose a different resort to stay in.

Good beach with excellent white sand, sauna and jacuzzi at the room, pool is also good.
1. Staff doesn't speak English, Russian, German. 2. Big bugs are living at the rooms (we changed two rooms). 3. Rooms are cleaned very poor. 4. There is no shopping at the hotel and outside within 10 km. No restaurant, only local cafe with non-reasonable price-list. 5. No breakfast at the hotel restaurant. 6. The room telephone doesn't work. 7. Dead rats were occurred at the territory of the hotel. 8. TV has three channels only. 9. No spa at the hotel and outside.

The property is beautiful with a green and lush location. the rooms are comfortable and large, offering a fabulous stay. the beach and pool area are excellent, providing a great place to relax. Guests also enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant, despite the high prices.
The management's initial attitude towards the issues was disappointing, and the windows between the rooms were a privacy concern.

The property was stunning and the staff was friendly. The pool and proximity to the beach were highlights. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. It was also great that there were plenty of dining options nearby.
The restaurant was very expensive, and the breakfast was not included in the room. The hotel was quite far from the main strip, so we had to take taxis to go to restaurants and other tourist areas.
